About Us
Turn to organic life
Organic food is produced in accordance with proven scientific organic farming standards that regulate the agricultural production and processing. Generally, the regulations vary from one country to another. However, organic crops must be grown without the use of synthetic fertilisers, herbicides, pesticides, or genetically modified organisms (GMOs).
Organic livestock used for meat, eggs, and dairy products must be raised in natural environments which can accommodate their natural behaviours and fed organic forage. These livestock must not be fed with growth hormones, antibiotics or any animal by-products.
Organic crops are grown with natural fertilisers such as manure and compost. Weeds are normally controlled by hand weeding, crop rotation, tilling, mulching or with organically produced approved standard herbicides.

The benefits of organic food
The food we eat have a major impact on our physical, mental and emotional health. Generally, organic foods are with much more beneficial nutrients and antioxidants than non-organic foods. Regular use of organic food can help fighting allergies to foods and chemicals; and such allergy symptoms may disappear over a period of time. Organic food contains rare/fewer pesticides. Chemicals used in synthetic fertilisers, insecticides, fungicides and herbicides are widely found in conventional agricultural products and residues remain in the food we eat.
Organic food is often fresher as it doesn’t contain preservatives/hormones that make it last longer.Several evidence based studies have demonstrated that the food contaminated with synthetic chemicals can cause cancer, heart diseases, brain developmental issues, reproductive problems etc.
Organic meat and dairy products are rich in certain nutrients. Many studies have shown that the levels of certain nutrients such as omega-3 fatty acids were more than 50 percent higher in organic meat and dairy products than that of in non-organic products.
Another important benefit is organic foods are GMO-free. Genetically modified organisms or genetically engineered (GE) foods are plants whose DNA has been altered in ways that cannot occur in nature or in traditional crossbreeding, most commonly in order to be resistant to pesticides or produce an insecticide.
